The present action concerns the creation of educational material which will be introduced in the asynchronous e-learning platform for the promotion of the project. Specifically, 6 videos were created from 1:08 to 1:53 minutes, in mp4 format, 720p resolution, which will be introduced in the e-learning platform (http://www.e-learning.promo-ymcha.eu). The 6 videos present a practical implementation of exercises.
